TRADITIONAL ITALIAN CUISINE
Zucchini Bros was founded by Angelo Defazio, in Chisholm in 1988. Prior to that Angelo has owned a number of successful Pizzerias; including one of the first Pizzerias in Australia which he opened in Myrtleford in 1965. Since then Angelo and his sons, Joel and Isaac have been serving up award-winning pizza and pasta to the Canberra community.
Zucchini Bros started with what Italian’s are most proud of- fantastic, rustic dishes, using recipes that have been passed down through generations. Wait till you try our pizza dough which is a Defazio family secret recipe- there is nothing else like it. Zucchini Bros is inspired by Italy and many of its traditions and values. Since Angelo was a child he has been infatuated with the love, passion, and verve for food, family and life itself that just about all Italian people have. And that’s what we are passionate about- delicious food made with the highest quality fresh ingredients.
